Creepy Movie Songs...

Things that go bump in the night need theme songs. Or anthems. Whatever you want to call them. Creepy songs, poems from the best books and movies out there (even if they aren’t all scary) all have something in common. The whole creep factor.
Here are our favorites.. and most memorable.

The Tommyknockers Song (Stephen King)
Book & Film of same Name

Late last night and the night before,
Tommyknockers, Tommyknockers,
knocking at the door. I want to run,
don't know if I can,
'cause I'm so afraid of the Tommyknocker man.

“Freddy's Song”
Film - Nightmare on Elm Street

One, two, Freddy's coming for you.
Three, four, better lock your door.
Five, six, grab your crucifix.
Seven, eight, gonna stay up late.
Nine, ten, never sleep again.

Jeepers Creepers by Paul Whiteman and His Swing Wing
Film - Jeepers Creepers

Jeepers Creepers! Where'd ya get those peepers?
Jeepers Creepers! Where'd ya get those eyes?
Gosh all git up! How'd they get so lit up?
Gosh all git up! How'd they get that size?
Golly gee! When you turn those heaters on,
Woe is me!

Rocky Mountain High by John Denver
Film - Final Destination

And the Colorado Rocky Mountain high, I've seen it raining fire in the sky.
The shadows from the starlight are softer than a lullaby.
Rocky Mountain high, Colorado. Rocky Mountain high.
